At that time, we need a fan shape connector for a playground loop. Our purchaser searched the whole market, and no one proper accessory can be used. And my boss make a joke in a meeting: the time we consumed for searching that tiny thing, is more than we going to develop one, and a perfect one to fit the jungle gym playground equipment! Then our RD development start drawing at that night. A prototype was came out 5 days later, and our first playground accessory was finished perfectly at the 8th day. (another story: the RD manager who developed it was promoted as plant manager for our playground parts).
